These roles are available through Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO) from Perth or as residential positions based in Kalgoorlie-Boulder.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome expressions of interest from individuals who are:

Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment

Willing to work various rosters and shift schedules

Strong team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Committed to completing a 4-year trade apprenticeship in one of the disciplines listed above
Minimum Requirements For the Northern Star 2026 Apprentice Programme

Completion of Year 12 or equivalent (required)
-
C-Class WA driver’s licence (unencumbered – required)

Completion of a pre-apprenticeship in your preferred trade (advantageous but not mandatory)

No prior industry experience necessary—full training provided
