Eligibility Criteria – Who Can Apply?
To qualify For The Old Mutual Amathuba Learnership Programme 2025applicants must meet the following requirements
- South African citizen aged between 18-30 years
- Unemployed and not enrolled in any other qualification
- Have not previously participated in a Wealth Management NQF4 Learnership
- Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4 equivalent, with:
- English (50% or above)
- Official Second Language (50% or above)
- Pure Mathematics (50% or above) or Maths Literacy (50% or above)
- Available to start in May 2025
Application Process – How to Apply?
Step 1: Submit your CV (PDF or Word format), including:

- List of completed or uncompleted qualifications
Step 2: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete online assessments.
Step 3: Based on assessment results, selected applicants will be invited to record a video interview, which will be reviewed by hiring managers.
Step 4: A final shortlist of candidates will undergo in-person interviews with line managers.
Step 5: Successful candidates will receive offers by the end of April 2025.
