Job Description: Optimi is looking to hire a young, hard-working individual to join our team through our learnership program. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to complete their Business Administration NQF 4qualification, with hands-on training and development. As part of the Optimi family, you’ll be involved in office administration, document management, and project support, while receiving the training needed to advance in the field.

Key Responsibilities for the Optimi Holdings Learnership For 2025

  • Filing of Documents:
    Efficiently manage both electronic and manual filing systems to ensure easy access and organization of documents.

  • Document Management:
    Handle and maintain SETAs document queries, ensuring all documents are managed according to company standards.

  • Reporting:
    Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support business operations and management.

  • Office Administration Support:
    Provide general office administration duties, including ad hoc tasks, supporting office functions, and ensuring smooth operations.

  • Learnership and Training Support:
    Assist in the coordination and implementation of the learnership program and provide support for trainingactivities.

  • Project Support:
    Assist in the execution and management of projects to ensure they are completed on time and to a high standard.

  • CRM Maintenance:
    Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained within the branch CRM system, including uploads and updates.

  • Switchboard Operations:
    Answer the phone, transfer calls, and maintain a professional telephone manner, including scheduling and setting up appointments.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:
    Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Office Management, or similar).

  • Computer Literacy:
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and general computer systems.

  • Language Skills:
    Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication skills).

  • Personal Attributes:
    Eager to learn, positive can-do attitude, and a strong work ethic. Must be committed to personal and professional growth.

  • Qualification to Complete:
    You will be required to complete the Business Administration NQF Level 4 qualification during the learnership program.
