What We Offer – The Opportunity to Grow

Our 3-year accelerated development programme is designed to fast-track your journey to leadership. You’ll gain hands-on experience in our sugar manufacturing facilities located in Malelane, Komati, or Pongola, working on real business projects that impact production, energy efficiency, and automation.

You’ll receive:

Minimum Requirements – What We’re Looking For

  • Final-year student or recent graduate with a B.Eng / B.Sc / BTech in Electrical Engineering

  • South African citizen or permanent resident

  • Strong academic performance, particularly in 2nd and 3rd year

  • Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)

  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)

  • Willingness to relocate and travel within South Africa

  • High levels of initiative, resilience, and a hunger to learn


Your Responsibilities – What You’ll Do

  • Work on site-based electrical engineering projects

  • Learn through real-time involvement in plant operations and maintenance

  • Contribute to automation, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives

  • Apply problem-solving skills to improve productivity and safety

  • Participate in training workshops, assessments, and mentoring sessions

  • Record your development progress in structured plans

  • Collaborate across departments and functions to solve complex engineering challenges
