WILP plays a crucial role in addressing South Africa’s skills shortage by providing practical, work-based training aligned with national standards. The programme helps prepare participants for their trade test or national diplomacompletion and supports a future-ready workforce in key technical disciplines.

1. Artisan Stream:

Must have completed at least an N4 Certificate from a Further Education and Training (FET) College

Require 36 months of practical work experience to qualify for a trade test
