We are excited to offer a 12-month Learnership Programme designed for dynamic and motivated individuals who have recently completed their Matric / Grade 12 qualification. This structured programme aims to enhance the skills, competencies, and workplace readiness of entry-level learners through a blend of theoretical learning and practical, on-site work experience.

Programme Overview:

The programme consists of two key components:

1. Theoretical Learning:
   Aligned to a registered NQF Learnership qualification, this component focuses on developing foundational and professional skills essential for success in the modern workplace. Topics covered include:

   • Entrepreneurship

   • Business Operations

   • Customer Service

   • Basic Business Accounting

   • Mathematical Literacy

   • Communication Skills

   • Computer Literacy

2. Practical Workplace Experience:
   Learners will be placed within functional departments where they will:

   • Provide administrative support

   • Contribute to day-to-day operations

   • Assist in improving managerial effectiveness and overall departmental efficiency

   • Engage in real-world tasks designed to build confidence and competence

This combination provides learners with a strong foundation in business principles, workplace behavior, and essential soft skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Matric / Grade 12

• No prior work experience required

• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude

Core Participation Requirements:

• Full participation in all Learnership training and assessments

• Active involvement in workplace-readiness workshops and developmental exercises
