Key Responsibilities For The Sasol Artisan Electrician Job Opportunity
Operate and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
Follow detailed instructions to meet performance targets.
Participate in shift handovers and provide detailed work progress updates.
Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to safety improvements.
Conduct risk assessments in compliance with regulations and company policies.
Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to waste disposal procedures.
Work independently while understanding business objectives and KPIs.
Contribute to training module development and coach apprentices.
Perform IMS inspections to ensure plant sustainability.
Support emergency response efforts to restore operations.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide input during toolbox talks.
Qualifications & Experience:
Grade 12 / N3 with Mathematics, Physical Science & English.
Trade Certificate (Electrical).
3+ years of experience in electrical operations and maintenance.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Equipment utilization & maintenance best practices.
