Purpose of Job:
We are offering an exciting 12-month Learnership Programme designed to help entry-level learners develop foundational professional skills in the areas of business operations, customer service, data analytics, and computer skills. This learnership is ideal for recent Grade 12 graduates who wish to gain practical work experience in a professional setting while earning valuable qualifications.
As part of this programme, participants will receive theoretical training aligned with an NQF Learnership framework, while also gaining hands-on workplace experience. The aim is to enhance the learners’ professional skills, improving their workplace performance and job-readiness.
Programme Overview for the Sasol IT Learnership Program
The Learnership Programme offers both theoretical learning and practical experience to help learners develop essential skills for their professional careers. The theoretical component will cover the following topics:

The practical component will involve providing administrative support to managers and various departments, helping to enhance workplace effectiveness and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.
Formal Education:

Matric / Grade 12 is essential.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, or related fields will be an added advantage.
Minimum Experience:

0-1 year of professional experience.

Previous experience with PowerBI is an advantage but not a requirement.
