Purpose of the Job:

We are offering a dynamic opportunity for unemployed youth with a passion for finance and administration to participate in our 12-month Learnership Programme. This programme is designed to empower entry-level candidates with the foundational skills and practical experience required to thrive in a professional environment.


Programme Overview:

This NQF-aligned Learnership combines structured theoretical training with hands-on workplace exposure. It is ideal for individuals who have recently completed Grade 12 and are looking to develop essential administrative and business support skills.

During the practical component, learners will work in various departments, offering administrative and financial support to enhance organisational efficiency and develop job readiness. You’ll gain insight into daily business functions, while also learning how to navigate the professional environment effectively.


Theoretical Training Covers:

  • Entrepreneurship & Business Operations

  • Customer Service Principles

  • Basic Business Accounting & Taxation

  • Mathematical Literacy

  • Effective Communication Skills

  • Basic Computer Skills (MS Office Suite)


Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate is required

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance with majors in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Taxation, or Auditing is advantageous

  • 0–1 year of work experience (graduates or entry-level candidates welcome)

  • Must be unemployed and willing to commit to a full 12-month programme
