Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Learning & Development Specialist to join our Energy Business unit. This role is instrumental in driving the digital learning experience, promoting adoption of learning technologies, and building technical coaching and mentoring programs to support professional development across the organization.

The successful candidate will help transform learning culture by integrating digital tools, developing internal capability frameworks, and enabling continuous, data-driven learning through cutting-edge Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs) such as miGrowth (Percipio).


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Learning Experience & Adoption:

  • Execute the Digital Learning Strategy, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assess and address digital learning needs of the L&D team and Energy Business.

  • Curate and manage digital learning content; support with content delivery and collateral creation.

  • Monitor and report LXP adoption analytics, with a focus on miGrowth (Percipio) usage.

  • Publish and manage digital publications such as the Monthly Learning Connection and Learning on the Go.

  • Lead engaging digital learning campaigns to increase adoption and learning culture.

Digital Capabilities & Coaching:

  • Design and implement a robust Digital Capability Framework to uplift L&D team skills.

  • Identify skills gaps in data analysis, data visualization, and other emerging competencies.

  • Support structured learning interventions using digital tools to enhance L&D delivery.


Minimum Experience:

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience

  • Exposure to or experience in implementing LXPs or digital learning platforms

  • Basic experience in data analytics, data visualization, or digital content curation

  • Involvement in competency framework development is advantageous
