We are offering a 24-month internship opportunity for graduates with an HR qualification who are looking to gain hands-on experience in Learning & Development (L&D). This internship provides an opportunity to develop essential skills in training coordination, administrative support, stakeholder engagement, and learning management systems (LMS).
If you are passionate about human resources, employee training, and organizational development, this internship will give you practical exposure to HR processes, training administration, and corporate learning strategies. There is also a possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities for the Sasol Youth Employment Program
As an HR Intern – Learning & Development, your main duties will include:
Planning, scheduling, and managing bookings for internal and external training courses and learning events.
Handling document control, including capturing training history, maintaining records, and ensuring proper archiving and filing as per Organizational Management Excellence (OME) processes.
Engaging with stakeholders, clients, and training facilitators, supporting meetings and coordination efforts.
Performing multi-functional training administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company HR and learning standards.
Administering learning programs on SAP Learning Solution (LSO) and Talent & Workforce (T@W) LMS, ensuring all training data is accurately recorded.
Assisting in reporting and learning analytics, supporting decision-making through data insights.
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources (HR), Learning & Development, or a related field.
Experience:
No prior work experience required – this is an entry-level internship designed for graduates.
