Minimum Requirements For The Sibanye-Stillwater Learnership 18.2 Learner Official Mining
To qualify for this programme, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

Grade 12 / Matric certificate or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification

Medically fit for work in the designated business area

Clear security screening record

Valid driver’s license (where applicable)

As a programme participant, your responsibilities will include:

Escalating any concerns or queries regarding programme progression to the appropriate mentor or coordinator

Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and values

Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (SHE) requirements

Attending all scheduled SHE meetings and training as required

Executing duties in line with approved standards, specifications, and quality expectations
