We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Rigger/Ropesman Learnership Programme, which provides structured technical training and practical workplace experience in the engineering and mining sector.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
To be considered for this learnership, you must meet one of the following qualification criteria:
Level 2: Grade 10 and National Certificate Level 2 (FET) in Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technology.
For Rigger/Ropesman Learnership Applicants:
N2 Qualification with the following subjects:
Mathematics
Engineering Science
Engineering Drawings
Rigger Trade Theory
OR National Certificate Vocational (NCV) in Engineering & Related Design with a minimum of 40% in all subjects.
OR Grade 12 (Matric) with:
Mathematics (40% or higher)
Physical Science (40% or higher)
Engineering Graphics & Design (Technical Drawings)
Relevant Trade Theory (40% or higher)
Additional Requirements:
Must be medically fit to work in the designated business area.
Clear security screening record.
Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
Previous experience in an engineering environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
