Third Year: Focus on preparing for permanent placement, complete your remaining SAICA competencies, and solidify your knowledge in your preferred field.

Qualifications For The Standard Bank Training Programme | Learnership
To apply for the Standard Bank CA(SA) Training Programme, candidates must meet the following educational qualifications:

Postgraduate Degree from a SAICA-accredited university.

Completed or completing the SAICA-accredited Certificate in the Theory of Accounting, Honours in Accounting (HNS), or equivalent qualification.

Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA) or equivalent.

Graduate Diploma in Accounting (GDA) or equivalent.

Must be eligible to write the ITC Board Assessment after completing GDA, CTA, or PGDA.
Please Note: Candidates currently completing CTA Level 1 or a BCTA (Bridging course into CTA) are NOT eligible to apply for this program.
