Are you a young, unemployed South African passionate about mechanical engineering and looking to gain hands-on experience in a high-performing industrial environment? Titan Global Wheel, a leading and well-established manufacturing company based in Heidelberg, Gauteng, is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Fitter and Turner Apprenticeship Program.
This is a structured, full-time apprenticeship aimed at providing technical training, practical experience, and industry exposure to individuals pursuing a career in the mechanical and manufacturing engineering sector.
Minimum Entry Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet one of the following educational qualifications:

N2 – N6 with at least four subjects, including relevant Fitter and Turner trade theory

Technical Matric (Grade 12 with Maths, Physical Science, and trade-related theory)

NCV (National Certificate Vocational) Level Engineering Certificate with seven subjects, including relevant trade theory
Additional Requirements for the Titan Global Wheel Apprentice Programme

Demonstrated technical aptitude and mechanical interest

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Must be eager to learn, responsible, and committed to the full duration of the program

South African citizen aged between 18 and 30 years (preferred)

Unemployed at the time of applying
Screening & Selection Process
All shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo a comprehensive screening process, which includes:

Medical fitness assessment

Verification of qualifications

Practical technical assessment
The apprenticeship placement is subject to the successful completion of these assessments.
