Vision Elevators, a leading name in the lift and escalator industry, is excited to announce a 4-year Apprenticeship Programme designed for young, ambitious individuals who are passionate about engineering and eager to grow their careers in the elevator and lift maintenance sector.
We are looking to hire two motivated learners who are ready to commit to structured, hands-on training and who display both technical aptitude and a strong desire for continuous learning.
Minimum Requirements For The Vision Elevators Engineering Training Program 2025

Mechanical or Electrical background

Completed P1 & P2 practical training

Completed or studying toward N5 or N6 (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)

Aged 23 years or younger

Strong foundation in Mathematics

Excellent attention to detail

Must be self-motivated, reliable, and work well in a team

Demonstrated commitment to learning and career development
Desired Competencies:

Ability to analyze technical information accurately

Strong understanding of safety procedures and lift technology

Ability to align with and support the Vision Elevators mission and values

Clear and honest communication skills

Willingness to follow structured training and provide feedback on performance evaluations
Application Process:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a 2-hour aptitude and technical test

Top performers from the test will be interviewed by HR and the Head of Department

Final shortlisted candidates will undergo a panel interview

2 successful candidates will be selected for the apprenticeship programme
