About the Learnership Programme
VKB Milling’s Learnership Programme is designed to provide unemployed youth with a practical and theoretical foundation in the Engineering and Maintenance field. This programme combines structured learning with hands-on experience, enabling participants to build industry-relevant skills and gain exposure to real-world working conditions.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about engineering and want to build a career in agri-processing and technical maintenance.
Minimum Requirements:
To qualify for the learnership, applicants must:

Be currently unemployed

Have a Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification

Hold a Diploma or Degree (advantageous, but not required)

Be competent in basic Mathematics

Be computer literate, especially in MS Office

Be physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor and production environments

Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
