The MRM Learner Official Programme is a structured 24-month training initiative aimed at developing competent Mining Technical Services professionals.

Available Learnership Fields
There are 9 positions available, divided across three specialised disciplines:
Ventilation (3 Positions)
Ventilation learners will be responsible for understanding how airflow systems are designed and maintained to ensure safe working conditions underground.
This includes ensuring that all working areas receive adequate airflow to support safe mining operations.
Survey (3 Positions)
Survey learners will focus on conducting accurate measurements of both underground and surface mining areas.
This includes determining positions, distances, and levels to support safe and efficient mining activities.
Rock Engineering (3 Positions)
Rock Engineering learners will study the strength and behaviour of rock formations.
They will learn how to design and recommend support systems to ensure excavation stability and prevent hazards.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate
English, Mathematics, and Physical Science are compulsory

No criminal record
