The Department of Employment & Labour, in partnership with the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) and the Ubuntu Institute, is inviting unemployed young South Africans to apply for the 12-Month Contact Centre Learnership Programme designed to equip participants with valuable customer service and contact centre skills.

  • Be available full-time for the 12-month programme
