What You Will Do

As a Service Technician Trainee, you will:

  • Respond to service calls and customer requests
  • Install equipment at customer sites
  • Perform equipment repairs and fault finding
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on contracted equipment
  • Deliver labels and collect cheques where required
  • Verify and seal equipment according to NRCS and SABS quality standards
  • Install and configure relevant software
  • Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Order spare parts through the Service Manager
  • Complete service reports and update the Helpdesk
  • Promote equipment and labels to customers where appropriate

Minimum Requirements For Teraoka Technician Apprentice Programme 2026

  • Have Grade 12 (Matric)

  • Be betweenย 18 and 28 yearsย old
  • Possess a valid driver’s licence
