RCL Foods Work Integrated Learning (WIL)

For many university and TVET students, completing Work Integrated Learning (WIL) is the final requirement before graduation. While classroom learning builds theoretical knowledge, workplace experience allows students to apply those concepts in real production environments, develop industry-ready skills and understand how modern manufacturing businesses operate. WIL programmes also give students valuable exposure to industry professionals, significantly improving their employment prospects after graduation.

RCL FOODS is inviting applications for its Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme 2026. This opportunity is designed for students studying Biotechnology, Food Technology or Operations Management who require practical workplace experience to complete their qualification. Successful candidates will join the Production team in Tzaneen, working alongside experienced professionals in one of South Africa’s leading food manufacturers.
