RCL Foods Work Integrated Learning (WIL)
For many university and TVET students, completing Work Integrated Learning (WIL) is the final requirement before graduation. While classroom learning builds theoretical knowledge, workplace experience allows students to apply those concepts in real production environments, develop industry-ready skills and understand how modern manufacturing businesses operate. WIL programmes also give students valuable exposure to industry professionals, significantly improving their employment prospects after graduation.
