As a participant in the programme, you will:
Participate in structured learning, training, and development initiatives
Apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world financial services environment
Perform daily operational tasks in support of team objectives
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and compliance
Work toward achieving individual development goals and organisational targets
Workplace Experience
Actively participate in all workplace activities aligned to development objectives
Learning & Development
Attend and complete all required training interventions
Customer Support
Assist customers and team members to ensure consistent performance and service delivery

Complete all required administrative tasks, including reporting and tracking progress

This role is subject to FAIS compliance for Advice and Intermediary Services and requires:
FSCA-approved qualification
Regulatory Examination for Representatives (RE5)
Experience as prescribed by the FAIS Act
Product-specific training upon onboarding
Class of Business training
Ongoing Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and good standing
