Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the Electrical Learnership Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria.

Applicants must have successfully completed Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science. In addition, candidates must hold a full N3 qualification with four subjects, including Engineering Mathematics, Engineering Science, Electrical Trade Theory, and Industrial Electronics.

Candidates must be medically fit for the position and working environment. This includes passing a risk-based medical examination conducted at the Gold Fields Occupational Health Centre, as well as a Heat Tolerance Screening test and any other assessments required to determine suitability for employment in a mining environment.

All relevant certificates must be attached to your CV to be considered for shortlisting.
