To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Tertiary qualification (Diploma, Degree, or equivalent certificate).

Communication & Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 4.
South African citizen, aged 18–28.
Currently unemployed and available for the full 12-month programme.
Must reside in Gauteng.
