The purpose of this learnership is to equip young South Africans with the skills, knowledge, and workplace experiencerequired to succeed in the business administration and office support environment.
Successful applicants will participate in and complete a 12-month structured Learnership Programme designed to develop essential professional and technical competencies.
This 12-month learnership combines theoretical classroom learning and practical workplace experience.
It is aligned with an NQF-accredited Learnership qualification and provides learners with the opportunity to gain valuable exposure to real-world business operations.
During the programme, participants will:
Receive training in Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, Mathematics Literacy, Communication Skills, and Computer Literacy.
Gain hands-on administrative and clerical experience to enhance departmental efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
Develop work-readiness skills, including professionalism, communication, and digital proficiency.
This programme is ideal for Grade 12 graduates who are eager to enter the corporate world and develop a solid foundation in business and administration.
Matric / Grade 12 (compulsory)
A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field will be advantageous
0–1 year of work experience (no prior experience required — ideal for recent school leavers)
Good communication, computer, and interpersonal skills
Business administration and office management
Customer service and professional communication
Computer literacy (MS Office, email, and business software)
Financial and business operations fundamentals
Workplace ethics, problem-solving, and teamwork
