Our Technical Trainee Programme is an intensive 18-month development journey, specifically tailored for graduates in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Trainees will engage in hands-on learning within the Utilities department across brewery operations. By the end of the programme, participants will be well-prepared to take on a leadership role with clear technical responsibilities.

 Key Responsibilities For The SAB Technical Services Trainee

• Gain in-depth knowledge of the theory and operation of Utilities equipment across the brewery

• Participate in Utilities projects aligned with business goals and program milestones

• Apply VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization) principles in daily operations

• Troubleshoot systemic and situational problems using diagnostic tools

• Step into acting leadership roles within Utilities teams as required

• Engage in regular communication and knowledge-sharing across functional levels

• Drive personal and professional growth through self-study, mentorship, and structured learning modules

 Minimum Requirements

• BSc, BEng, or B-Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Strong interest in brewery operations and utilities systems

• Self-driven with a proactive learning mindset

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
